When I look at the map of this area,I refer to the bridge of Arlozerov Train Station as the border between The city of Tel-Aviv (from the west) and Ramat-Gan (from the east).
As I see it the way that the specific area in Ramat-Gan, the Stock Market area is being filled with the people that works there through that “pipe”, the bridge that transports the people from one side to the other and doing it by travelling the train or taking the road (Ayalon road) parking at the big parking lot and crossing to the other side, to Ramat-Gan.
